My friend, Tom, is a chocolate cake hater and even he can't stop eating this one. It's a decadent, deep, dark chocolate and you can have us add big chunky walnuts if you like. It's topped with a cocoa cream cheese frosting.

Well, the chocolate one was such a hit, I decided to concoct a butterscotch version. I sent a bunch of minis out with an order that was going to my friend, Alice's, office. Her clients, all professional people, went a little crazy over the newly-introduced butterscotch bumpies, going so far as to hoard them. Yeah, they're that good.

Everyone who has ever tried this carrot cake has pronounced it the best. Grandpa Paul says it's the best cake he's ever eaten... of any kind... ever (and believe me, he's been around long enough to do lots of analysis. And, like any respectable carrot cake that's worth it's weight in gold, this one is topped with the richest cream cheese frosting.

This is the one that my husband, Don, awards with his endorsement. Two layers of yellow cake, with vanilla pudding filling, topped with chocolate ganache icing. (He likes to sneak pieces of it when I'm not around.)

Aunt Michelle is a pistachio cake connoisseur and she says that this one is the best one she's ever had hands-down. It's a pretty, pale green color and topped with a buttercream frosting.

My friends, Jackie and Dave, are so hooked on the mini cupcakes that they've coined a term for them -- Mini-Delights. Nearly all of our cakes can be done in a mini-cupcake version. Well, it wasn't long after Mini-Delights came along that the demand came for a muffin version appropriate for breakfast meetings. Not being the type to back away from a challenge, we came up with three yummy ways to fill the bill... blueberry, cinnamon crumble and banana-nut. That'll wake up your crew! And if need be, we can put together a fruit platter to accompany them and complete the package.

Are these so popular because they're so beautiful...or because they're so delicious? It's hard to know! All we know is people love 'em. They're dunked in a delicious glaze and sprinkled with sparkly sugars. The hardest part is deciding which flavor is your favorite. Your choices? Almond, Pink Lemonade, Raspberry, Strawberry, Coconut, Maple, Cinnamon or Vanilla. You'll have to do the research for yourself. $7.00/dozen
My friend, Linda, is all about the charity work. And, when her favorite cause was holding its annual meeting, she was searching for a cute little party favor to grace each place setting. Search no further. We did the prettiest little decorated cookies ever and packaged each one all fancy and tied them with bright bows. The luncheon ladies all went crazy for them...and that was before they tasted them. When there was nothing left but crumbs, we knew we had a hit on our hands. They're perfect for showers, too.
